Reservations for Esfand 28th and 29th are for two nights stay at the hotel and the time to go to the cable car on the Esfand 28th to go to the hotel is 11:30.

Extra service is available as bed or sofa
Passengers must be at the reservation office before 12:00.
During holidays, the cable car departs twice a day, once at 7:30 am and once at 11:30 am.
Due to the high altitude, children under 8 years old, adults over 55 years old, pregnant women, diabetics and people with high blood pressure are not accepted.

Cancellation Rules : **During peak days, hotel cancellation rules are different and the amount of the penalty is determined by the hotel**
The cancellation is free of charge 20 days before to the date of arrival,
between 19 days and 15 days before to the date of arrival 20% of the amount of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee,
between 14 days and 11 days before to the date of arrival 40% of the amount of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee,
between 10 days and 6 days before to the date of arrival 60% of the amount of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee,
between 5 days and 3 days before to the date of arrival 80% of the amount of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee,
and after that 100% of the amount of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee
