The hotel has an elevator. Children under 2 years old (if not using the additional service) are free and 2 to 12 years old (if not using the additional service) are half price.

The parking lot is not covered. And some of the rooms have Iranian service, some foreign, and some of both are available. Cancellation policy for group bookings:
1/ Cancellation notice 45 days before the arrival of guests, 15% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged per room.
2/ Cancellation notice 30 days before the arrival of guests, 25% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged per room.
3/ Cancellation notice 15 days before the arrival of guests, 30% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged per room
4/ Cancellation notice 5 days before the arrival of the guests, 40% of the total cost of stay will be charged per room.
5/ Cancellation notification 15 days before the arrival of guests, 30% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged per room.
6/ Cancellation notice 5 days before the arrival of the guests, 40% of the total cost of stay will be charged per room.
7/ Cancellation notice the day before the arrival of guests, 70% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged per room.
8/Cancellation announcement on the day before the arrival of the guests, the total cost of the stay will be charged per room.
