Cancellation rules in non-peak days:
1* In the time frame between the issuance of the reservation confirmation sheet and 72 hours before the guests arrival, 20% of the cost of one nights stay will be charged per room.
2* In the time frame between the issuance of the reservation confirmation form and 48 hours before the guests arrival, 50% of the cost of one nights stay will be charged per room.
3* In the time frame between the issuance of the reservation confirmation less than 24 hours before and the day of the guests arrival, the entire cost of the stay will be charged.
Cancellation rules during peak days:
The total cost of accommodation will be covered.
