Cancellation policy 1 If the applicant cancels up to 20 days before the reserved time no penalty will be charged 2 From 20 days to 11 days before the guests arrival at the accommodation unit 20% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted for each room 3 From 10 days to 6 days before the guests arrival at the accommodation unit 30% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted for each room 4 From 5 days to 48 hours before the guest enters the accommodation unit 50% of the cost of one night will be deducted for each room 5 From 48 hours to the accommodation unit 70% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted per room 6Cancellation notice less than 48 hours the full amount will be charged
