Cancellation rules: Cancellation notification 20 days before the arrival of the guest is without penalty. Cancellation notification from 20 to 11 days before the guest arrival is 20% of the cost of one night stay. Cancellation notification from 11 days to 6 days before the guest arrival is 30% of the cost of one night stay. Cancellation notification from 6 days to 48 hours before the guest arrival is 50% of the cost of one night fuel. Cancellation notification from 48 to 24 hours before the guest arrival is 70% of the cost of one night stay. Cancellation notification from 24 hours to the day of the guest arrival is the cost of one night stay.
