Cancellation rules a) Cancellation notification up to 20 days before the guests arrival no penalty will be charged b) Cancellation notification from 20 days to 11 days before the guests arrival at the accommodation unit 20% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted for each room c) From 10 days to six days before the guests arrival at the accommodation unit 30% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted for each room d) From five days to 48 hours before the guests arrival at the accommodation unit 50% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted for each room e) From 48 hours before the arrival of the guest 70% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted for each room
