The cost of stay for children under 7 years old is calculated free of charge if they do not use the additional service, and for children over 7 years old.
Cancellation rules: 1- If the applicant makes a written announcement about the cancellation before 20 days from the time of the guest arrival, no penalty will be charged. 2- From 20 days to 11 days before the guest arrival, 20% of the cost of one night will be deducted for each room. 3- From 10 days to 6 days before the guest arrival, 30% of the cost of one night will be deducted for each room.
4- From 5 days to 48 hours before the guest arrival, 50% of the cost of one night will be deducted for each room. 5- From 48 to 24 hours before the guest arrival, 70% of the cost of one night will be deducted for each room. 6- From 24 hours until the arrival of the guest, 100% of the cost of one night will be deducted for each room.
