***Cancellation rules on non-peak days***
1 Cancellation notification from 20 days to 11 days before the guests arrival to the accommodation unit, the amount of 20% of the cost of one nights stay per room
2/ Cancellation notification from 11 days to 6 days before the guests arrival to the accommodation unit, the amount of 30% of the cost of one nights stay per room
3/ Cancellation notification from 6 days to 48 hours before the guests arrival to the accommodation unit, the amount of 50% of the cost of one nights stay per room
4/ In case of no request for cancellation of group reservations and non-appearance of guests, the equivalent of one night will be spent on the number and type of rooms requested.
***Cancellation rules during peak days***
Rooms reserved during peak days, less than 30 days before the date of arrival of the guests, are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty for all reserved nights.
