Cancellation rules: Cancellation notices more than 72 hours before the day of the guest arrival will be fined. Cancellation notification from 72 to 48 hour to the guest arrival day will include a 30% penalty for the first night of the reservation for all room. Cancellation notification from 48 to 24 hours before the guest arrival day will include a 50% penalty for the first night of the reservation for all room. Cancellation notification from 24 hour to the day of the guest arrival will include 100% penalty of the first night of reservation for all rooms. The stay of children under 5 years old is free if they do not use additional service.
