Cancellation rules:
Until 20 days prior to arrival, in case of cancellation no penalty charges will be applied.
From 20 to 11 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 20% of the stay reserved. From 11 to 6 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 30% of the stay reserved. From 6 to 2 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 50% of the stay reserved. From 2 to 1 day before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 70% of the stay reserved.
If cancel within 24 Hour(s) before arrival or guest is no show, 1 Night(s) will be charged as cancellation penalty
And in cases where the hotel is in the form of a guarantee, no amount will be refunded. If the guest refuses to continue staying in the hotel after booking and staying in the hotel for any reason, the cost of one nights stay will be calculated for each room and deducted from the amount paid.
