There is no possibility of cancellation for the reservations of this hotel that are entered between 28/12/1401 until the end of Nowruz holidays, and there is no possibility of canceling the reservation on Thursdays and Fridays of the three months of summer, and the total number of nights and rooms reserved will be used up. .

Cancellation rules:
Cancellations made 20 days before the guest s arrival will be free of charge.
Cancellations made 19 to 11 days before arrival will incur a 20% charge of the first night per room.
Cancellations made 10 to 2 days before arrival will incur a 30% charge of the first night per room.
Cancellations made 5 to 3 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the first night per room.
Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival will incur a 70% charge of the first night per room.
Cancellations made 24 hours before arrival or on the same day will incur a 100% charge of the first night per room.
Nowruz Holiday Policy (March 21 - April 1)
During the Nowruz holiday (March 21 - April 1), cancellations are not allowed, and the full amount of all booked nights will be charged in case of cancellation.
