Cancellation rules: - Cancellation notification from 4 day to the guest arrival day will be free of penalty. - Cancellation notification from 4 to 3 day before the guest arrival date will be subject to 10% of the first night fee. - Cancellation notification between 72 and 48 hours before the guest arrival date, 30% of the first night fee will be deducted. - Cancellation notification between 48 and 24 hours before the guest arrival date, 50% of the first night fee will be deducted. - Cancellation notification from 24 hour to the day of guest arrival will include 100% penalty for the first night of reservation for all room.
