Please bring valid identification documents for each guest and the original ID cards of the couple when visiting the hotel, otherwise the hotel will not accept them and no refund will be given. Also, according to the current laws of the country, the hotel is not allowed to accept pets, and people over 4 years old are considered full guests. To cancel your reservation, you can cancel your reservation only up to 5 days before the reservation date with a 50% penalty, and the remaining amount will be returned to the account of the person who made the deposit within one working week. At the request of our dear guests and visitors and in accordance with the supervisory regulations in hotels, in order to maintain peace and respect the rights of other dear guests, please refrain from bringing audio equipment such as tapes, voice recorders, etc. into the hotel and avoid creating noise and crowding inside and around the complex.
