Cancellation conditions for accommodation units

Article 27. If the rooms of accommodation units are booked as part of a travel tour and through travel and tourism service offices, the cancellation fee is not subject to the provisions of this policy, subject to the written agreement of the parties and registration in the confirmation form or the concluded contract.

Based on the resolution of the Board of Directors, during peak periods (the first six months of the year), in the event of a cancellation request, the entire amount will be refunded, and changing the reservation date will also be subject to reviewing the reservation conditions, and in the remaining periods, it will be as follows:

Article 28. In the absence of a prior written agreement, if the reservation is canceled by the applicant for any reason after depositing the reservation amount and receiving the confirmation form, the amount of damage that must be paid (deducted from the advance payment) will be calculated as follows: (Second six months of the year)

A) If the applicant cancels the reservation up to 20 days before the reserved time for use, no penalty will be charged. (Second half of the year)

B) From 20 to 11 days before the guest arrives at the accommodation unit, 20 percent of the cost of one night is stay per room. (Second half of the year)

C) From 10 days to 6 days before the guest arrives at the accommodation unit, 30 percent of the cost of one night is stay per room. (Second half of the year)

D) From 5 days to 48 hours before the guest arrives at the accommodation unit, 50 percent of the cost of one night is stay per room. (Second half of the year)

E) From 48 hours before the guest arrives, 70 percent of the cost of one night is stay per room. (Second half of the year)

Note 1: If the guest, after booking and staying at a hotel, cancels his stay at the hotel for any reason, the cost of one night is stay per room will be calculated and deducted from the advance payment, except for special cases and agreements between the parties. (Second half of the year)

Note 2: Reduction of the number of rooms reserved by travel and tourism offices up to 48 hours before arrival and up to the acceptable limit is not subject to penalty.
**It is mandatory for all people who want to stay in the hotel to bring their birth certificate, otherwise the guest reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund fee**
The accommodation fee for children under 2 years old is free if they do not use the additional service. The cost of accommodation for children aged 2 to 5 years is half price if the additional service is not used. The cost of accommodation for children over 5 years old is calculated at full price.
Additional service is offered as a sofa bed.
