Cancellation conditions: -Cancellation notification up to 20 days before the date of arrival without penalty. - Cancellation notification from 20 days to 10 days before the guest arrival is subject to a penalty of 20% of the cost of one night stay per room. Cancellation notification from 10 days to 6 days before the guest arrival is subject to a penalty of 30% of the cost of one night stay per room. Cancellation notification from 6 days to 48 hours before the guest arrival time, 70% of the cost of one night stay per room will be deducted by the hotel. A cancellation notice from 48 hours to the day of the guest arrival includes a penalty of 100% of one night.
The jacuzzi is for the VIP room.
- The residence does not have the facilities of prayer room, shop and booth, internet, internet in the lobby
- TV is only inside ground floor and VIP rooms
- The Iranian toilet is inside the yard and the foreign toilet is inside the room
The cost of accommodation for foreign travelers is calculated in dollars.
The accommodation fee is free for children under 2 years old if they do not use the additional service, and for children 2 to 13 years old if they do not use the additional service.
