Cancellation rules: 1-Non-peak days: -Cancellation notification more than 48 hours before the arrival date is without penalty. - Cancellation notification from 48 hours to 24 hours before the arrival date will be subject to a penalty of 5% of the first night. -Cancellation notification 24 to 12 hours before the arrival date will be subject to a penalty of 10% of the first night. - Cancellation notification less than 12 hours before arrival will be subject to a penalty of 20% of the first night. 2- Peak days: - Cancellation notification more than one week before the arrival date is without penalty. -Cancellation notification from one week to 48 hours before arrival will be subject to a penalty of 10% of the first night -Cancellation notification 48 to 24 hours before arrival will be subject to a penalty of 20% of the first night. - Cancellation notification 24 to 12 hours before arrival will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the first night. - Cancellation notification less than 12 hours before arrival will be subject to a fine of 70% of the first night fine.
The cost of accommodation for children under 2 years of age is calculated as free if no additional service is used, and for ages between 2 to 12 years old, if no additional service is used, it is calculated as half price. Also, the stay of additional people over 12 years old is fully calculated. Additional service is provided in the form of a bed.
