Accommodation for children under 3 years old is free of charge if no additional service is used, and for children over 3 years old, it is calculated in full.
Cancellation rules: Cancellation notification from the time of issuing the voucher up to 10 days before the guest arrival will include a 40% fine on the first night of the reservation for all rooms. Cancellation notification from 10 days to 72 hours before the guest arrival will include a 60% penalty for the first night of the reservation for all rooms. Cancellation notification from 72 hours to the day of guest arrival will include 80% penalty for the first night of reservation for all rooms. Announcing the cancellation on the day of the guest arrival will include a 100% penalty for all rooms.
