Cancellation rules : In high-season cancellation rules are different according to conditions of hotel and time of cancellation.
In low-season : Cancellation from the time of booking up to 5 days before the date of arrival is free of charge, Cancellation between 5 days and 48 hours before arrival date 30% of the amount of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee, Cancellation between 48 hours and 24 hours before arrival date 50% of the amount of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee, 24 hours before arrival date 100% of the amount of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
