Cancellation policy: Reservation cancellation requests from 4 to 3 days before the arrival date will be charged 25% of the amount of one night per room as a penalty. Reservation cancellation requests from 72 to 48 hours before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the amount of one night per room as a penalty. Requests to cancel a reservation from 48 to 24 hours before the arrival date will be charged 70% of the amount of one night per room as a penalty. Requests to cancel a reservation less than 24 hours before the date of arrival will be charged 100% of the amount of one night per room as a penalty.
