Admission rules
If a valid identification document is not presented to the hotel, the passenger will not be admitted under any circumstances. The original birth certificate and national card or passport are the basic conditions for passenger acceptance.
Acceptance of Iranian couples is possible only by bringing the photo ID of the couple.
Acceptance of foreign guests is possible only with the original passport.
According to the hotel rules and the courtyard being shared, the use of balconies and courtyards is allowed until 11 oclock.
Smoking of any kind inside the suites is strictly prohibited.
Cooking and serving food inside the suites is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to bring domestic pets into the complex.
The cost of accommodation for children under 2 years old is free, and 2 to 7 years old will be charged as half price if no additional service is used, and for children over the age of 7 years will be charged in full.
