Notification less than 24 hours of arrival at the hotel Full cost of the first nights penalty and if the stay is for multiple nights (Subsequent nights will be refunded)
Notification on the day of reservation Full cost of the first nights penalty and 50% of the second nights penalty if the stay is for multiple nights and the remaining amount will be refunded
