between 19 days and 15 days before arrival date 10% of the amount of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, between 14 days and 11 days before arrival date 15% of the amount of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, between 10 days and 6 days before arrival date 25% of the amount of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee ,between 5 days and 3 days before arrival date 50% of the amount of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, 48 hours before arrival date 60% of the amount of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee , 24 hours before to the date of arrival 80% of the amount of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, after that 100% of the amount of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
