Full board room rates are different for non-Iranian guests.
Children under 2 years old (if not using the additional service) are free and 2 to 9 years old (if not using the service) are half price.
Additional service is flat.
Cancellation rules:
Cancellation notification from the time of issuing the voucher up to 20 days before the guests arrival includes 10% of the cost of the first night of the reservation per room.
Cancellation notification from 20 to 11 days before the guests arrival includes 20% of the first nights reservation fee per room.
Cancellation notification from 11 to 6 days before the guests arrival includes 30% of the first nights reservation fee per room.
Cancellation notification from 6 to 2 days before the guests arrival includes 50% of the first nights reservation fee for each room.
Cancellation notification from 48 to 24 hours before the guests arrival includes 70% of the first nights reservation fee for each room.
100% of the total cost of the reservation will be deducted from the cancellation notice from 24 hours to the day of the guests arrival.
