Considering that the only way of communication of this hotel is to use the cable car line, when the cable car line is shut down, the hotel car service is available until 12:00 midnight, for which a fee of 5,000,000 riyals is charged for each service, and this point should be noted. which will not be served when the cable car line is open.

1- Do not bring any inflammable materials to the hotel.
2- Avoid bringing heavy and bulky luggage due to the location of the hotel on the site above the cable car and transportation by cable car.
3- Pets are not allowed
4- Due to the mountainous environment of the hotel, comfortable shoes and sports recommendations are used.
5- Dear passengers, if you book a suite, please note that these rooms have sounds caused by the cable car traffic.
6- It is mandatory to carry a birth certificate, otherwise the hotel will not bear any responsibility for not accepting the guest.
7- It is forbidden to bring any kind of animal or bird with you.
8- Guests are required to check the type and shape of their accommodation unit on the Ramsar cable car website before booking.
