The three-star antique hotel of Malek Al-Tajjar Yazd is the first adobe hotel in the world in the historical context of Yazd city, next to the bazaar and Khan Square, which was established in 1376 in a historical house of the same name belonging to one of Yazd veteran merchants, Haji Ali Askar Shirazi. Haji Ali Askar of Shiraz was given the title of Malik al-Tajjar by the king of that time, Naser al-Din Shah, due to his positive performance in the field of business.
The cost of accommodation for children under 7 years old is free if they do not use the additional service, and for those over 7 years old, the full price is calculated.

Cancellation rules: - Announcing the cancellation before 20 days until the arrival of the passenger will be without penalty. - Cancellation notification from 20 to 11 days before the passenger arrival, 20% of the cost of one night per room will be deducted by the hotel. - Cancellation notification from 11 to 6 days before the passenger arrival, 30% of the cost of one night per room will be deducted by the hotel. - Cancellation notification from 6 days to 48 hours before the passenger arrival, 50% of the cost of one night per room will be deducted by the hotel. - Cancellation announcement from 48 hours until the arrival of the guest, the cost of one night stay per room will be deducted. If the guest refuses to stay in the hotel for any reason after booking and staying at the hotel, the cost of one night stay will be calculated per room and deducted from the advance payment.
