1/ In case of cancellation of group reservations that have more than ten rooms and are canceled less than 7 days before the guests arrival, the cancellation fee of one night will be deducted by the hotel.
2/ Cancellation notification 20 days before the guests arrival, 10% of the accommodation fee of each room will be charged.
3/Cancellation announcement 3 days before the guests arrival, 50% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted for each room.
4/Cancellation notice 24 hours before the guests arrival, the total amount of one nights stay will be charged.
Announcing the cancellation of peak days
1/Cancellation announcement one week to 72 hours before the guests arrival, 30% of the cost of the entire nights stay will be charged.
2/Cancellation notice 48 hours before the guests arrival, 50% of the cost of the entire nights stay will be charged.
3/Cancellation notice less than 48 hours before the guests arrival will be charged for one nights stay.

1/Cancellation notice 72 hours before the guests arrival, 30% of the cost of the entire nights stay will be charged.
2/Cancellation notice 48 hours before the guests arrival, 50% of the cost of the entire nights stay will be charged.
3/Cancellation notice less than 48 hours before the guests arrival will be charged for one nights stay.
