No charge for children under 2 years old . (If the extra bed is not used )
Mattress is available as extra service for rooms and sofa for suite. Free parking is a little far from the hotel. Staying from 6 am until 12 am and from 12 am until 6 pm will be charged as half-price with minimum stay of one night.
- In case of stay (at least one night), admission is half price from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and also from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and its payment is calculated from the rate without discount.
- Additional costs of the hotel such as: restaurant, mini bar, laundry, coffee shop, etc. are on the treatment of respected guests.
- The parking lot of the hotel with limited capacity is 150 meters away.
- Breakfast for esteemed guests, the last night of which is free at the hotel and served from 7:30 am to 9:00 am.
Cancellation rules:
Until 20 days prior to arrival, in case of cancellation no penalty charges will be applied.
From 20 to 11 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 20% of the stay reserved.
From 11 to 6 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 30% of the stay reserved.
From 6 to 2 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 50% of the stay reserved.
From 48 hours before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 70% of the stay reserved.
If cancel within 24 Hour(s) before arrival or guest is no show, 1 Night(s) will be charged as cancellation penalty.
