Cancellation rules: -Cancellation notification before 20 days to the day of guest arrival, without penalty. -Cancellation notification from 20 to 11 days to the guest arrival day includes 20% penalty for the first night per room. - Cancellation notification from 11 to 6 days to the guest arrival day includes 30% of the first night fine for each room. - Cancellation notification from 6 to 48 hours to the guest arrival day includes 50% of the first night fine for each room. - Cancellation notification from 48 hours to the day of the guest arrival includes 80% of the first night fine for each room. - Cancellation notification on the day of guest arrival includes 100% penalty for the first night for each room.
