The hotel has an elevator and a laundry, and children under 3 years old (if not using the extra service) are free and over 3 years old are considered extra.
Cancellation rules:
Cancellation up to 20 days before arrival without penalty
20 to 11 days before arrival 20% of the cost of one nights stay per room penalty
10 to 6 days before arrival 30% of the cost of one nights stay for each room
5 to 48 hours before the guests arrival, 50% of the cost of one nights stay per room
48 hours before the guests arrival, 70% of the cost of one nights stay will be fined for each room
